Not sure where to plan your trip? Here are some of our favorite destinations:

skagen

Skagen

Skagen is the northernmost point in Denmark, where the North and Baltic Sea meet. It is a typical Danish tradition to go out into the ocean and stand with one foot in each sea. In the summer, Danes hang out on this shore all night, since the sun hardly goes down.

aarhus

Aarhus

Danish city on the Jutland peninsula with museums such as the Aros contemporary art museum. Aarhus has amazing street food. Find excellent Danish food like smørrebrød and flæskesteg sandwiches. In Aarhus, you can also find great American cuisine and Mexican food, which can be hard to come by in Denmark.

billund

Billund

Billund is known for being the birthplace of the Lego and is home to the Legoland Billund theme park. Other family friendly attractions are Lalandia water park, Skulpturpark & nearby Givskud Zoo. If you're interested in ancient Viking culture, visit Kongernes Jelling.

mon2

Møn

This southern Danish island is known for it's white chalky cliffs. Featured above is Monts Klint. Get your outdoors fix while mountain biking, sailing, golfing, or go snorkeling at Monts Klint. There is something for everyone at Møn. There are many unique and quirky places, and whether you are looking for a unique ceramic or flowering country escape, everybody can find their special place.

Bornholm

Bornholm

Bornholm is a Danish island known for the medieval Hammershus Castle ruins & the Bornholm Art Museum. It is said to be the sunniest place in Denmark. Bornholm's mild climate, laid-back atmosphere, charming villages, and sandy beaches have made it a top destination!

Helsingor

Helsingør

Located at the northern end of the eastern island of Zealand, this port city is home to the M/S Maritime Museum, Culture Yard & Hamlet’s Kronborg Castle that provided the setting for Shakespeare’s “Hamlet.” While visiting the castle, see the coast of Sweden in the distance. Or, take a ferry across the Øresund strait to see it up close!
